At 11:00 A.M
One Apple or juice of Grapefruits(chokotra)
At 12:00 A.M
250 grams of chicken(steam or baked ) + 1 cup of tea + 1 small Chapati(Roti)
At 4:00 P.M
250 grams fish (steam or bbq) + 100 grams Sweet Potato(shakrkandi) + 1 Plate Salad
Dinner
4 eggs white + 1 Plate Salad + 1 cup Lemon Tea
