1. Dry milk powder 2 cups
2. Baking powder 2 tsp
3. All purpose flour 2 tsp
4. Ghee 2 tbsp
5. Egg 2
6. Milk 2 kg
7. Sugar 2 cups
8. Green cardamom 8-10
9. Pstachio as required
Cooking Method
1. Bring boil in milk add cardamom and sugar.
2. Now cook milk for 5-10 minutes.
3. In a bowl put milk powder, baking powder, plain flour and melted ghee and knead
4. with beaten eggs and make soft medium dough.
5. Make small balls and add into milk cook on high flame and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Then lower the flame cook it for 10-15 minutes.
7. Garnish with pistachio and serve chilled.
