Kabab Restaurant Style

Ingredients:
1. 1 kg Beef mince
2. 1 tbsp White cumin chopped
3. 1 tsp Coriander
4. Salt (as required)
5. 4 pieces Green Chili chopped
6. 3 pieces Tomato chopped (without seeds)
7. 3 tsp Red pepper (crushed)
8. 3 tbsp Green coriander (chopped)
9. 1 & 1/2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds (crushed)
10. 2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
11. 1 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
12. 1/2 Onion (chopped)
13. 1 Eggs
14. 6 tbsp Corn Flour
15. Oil (as required)
Cooking Method:
1- In a pot take beef mince, salt, cumin, coriander, green chili, tomato, red pepper crushed, green coriander, pomegranate seeds, mint, ginger, black pepper, onion, egg and corn flour and mix it well and make kebabs.
2- Take oil in a pot and fry them. Your tasty Chapli Kebabs are ready.
Cooking Time: 40 Minutes Serves: 3-4
