Special Kashmiri Bakarkhani

This is a homemade version of Kashmiri Bakarkhani with easy to get kitchen ingredients. Crispy Bakarkhani taste amazing. Must try!
Ingredients
1. Plain Flour ½ kg
2. Butter 250 gms
3. Eggs 2
4. Sugar 1 tsp
5. Butter 2 tbsp
6. Water as required
7. Salt to taste
8. Sesame Seeds 4 tbsp
Cooking Method
1. In s bowl, add plain flour, one egg, salt, sugar, 2 tsp butter and water and knead dough. Leave it for 20 minutes.
2. Now, roll the dough like roti.
3. Then add butter in mid, folds in 4 sides.
4. Roll again and repeat this process 5 to 6 times.
5. Divide the dough in 8 equal parts. Roll the each past like a rope then give shape of robe and roll in swirl.
6. Brush it with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake it in the oven at 200 degree centigrade for 12-15 minutes. Kashmiri bakarkhani is ready.
