Nargisi Kofty (Kofty Unique Style)

Ingredients
For Kofta’s:
1. Chicken mince ½ kg
2. Coriander ½ bunch
3. Green chili 5 – 6
4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
5. All spice powder ½ tsp
6. Salt to taste
7. Onion 2 tbsp (fried ,chopped)
8. Egg 8 (hard boil)
9. Oil for frying
10. Flour to roll eggs
11. For Gravy:
12. Oil 3/4 cup
13. Onion 3
14. Green cardamom 6 – 7
15. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
16. Salt to taste
17. Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
18. Coriander powder 2 tsp
19. Yogurt 1 cup
20. Nutmeg and mace ½ tsp
21. All spice powder ½ tsp
22. Cream ½ cup
Cooking Directions
For Kofta’s:
1. Chopperize all ingredients except boiled eggs and keep aside.
2. Roll the boiled eggs in flour and coat with the mixture of mince and spices.
3. Refrigerate the egg mince balls (kofta’s) for half an hour.
4. After that heat oil in a pan and fry egg mince balls (kofta’s) on medium flame.
5. Kofta’s are ready.
6. For Gravy: Put a pan on stove heat oil and fry onions in it remove onion from oil and grind it.
7. Add cardamom in oil then add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, mix it well for few minutes.
8. Beat yogurt and add into spices, add fried onion, nutmeg, mace, all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes.
9. Remove from flame, add cream and mix; put kofta’s in the gravy and serve.
